The Thomaston occupies the former Cotton Alliance facility, incorporated on July 25, 1891. For over a century, it served as a hub where cotton was sorted, stored, and distributed across the United States.
Today, that same structure has been thoughtfully restored by Jared and Elizabeth Huckaby, preserving its historic character while reimagining it for a new purpose.
